Personal Training Programs
One-on-One Training
After you go through the Personal Fitness Profile, a Fitness Coach will design a custom program around your specific goals. This training provides you with exclusivity during your workouts, just you and your Fitness Coach.

Semi Private Training
Semi-private training offers a good balance of personalized attention, affordability, and social interaction, making it an appealing option for those seeking effective and engaging fitness experiences. Semi-private training model is a highly customized service that offers the best of both one-on-one and group coaching. Great for people who understand basic exercises, but need help with motivation, programming and accountability.
Small Group Training
Efficient and effective training with a focus on affordability, and motivation. Small Group training is one program for everyone taught by a certified personal trainer that can offer guidance and modifications. Enjoy community, motivation and standard progressions to help you find results in fat loss and strength. Classes have an 8 week structure, where each individual will receive an Inbody scan two to three times throughout to track progress.
